In the first episode of the drama serial “Rah e Junoon,” the story revolves around Meher, a young woman who gets separated from her friends during a trip and encounters a kind-hearted stranger named Shabrez. Meher is distressed as she loses her belongings and is stranded in an unfamiliar city. Shabrez offers to help her and takes her to a nearby restaurant while waiting for her friends. During their conversation, Meher opens up about her loneliness and recent struggles.

Shabrez, on the other hand, shares his past struggles with addiction and his journey to recovery. He tells Meher that she has become a reason for him to value life and stay away from drugs. They share a connection, and Shabrez is determined to protect Meher from any harm.


Later, they encounter a disturbing incident at the university where a guy tries to misbehave with Meher. Shabrez intervenes to protect her, and a physical confrontation ensues. Meher gets injured in the process, and Shabrez takes her to the hospital. Despite the hospital staff’s negligence, Meher and Shabrez’s bond deepens.

Meanwhile, tensions arise within the family of Azhar, a successful builder, concerning interior decor changes. His wife Natasha wishes to make decisions about the interior of her room, but Azhar’s mother opposes her choices. The episode highlights the family dynamics and conflicts in the household.

The episode concludes with Shabrez’s determination to seek justice against the person who mistreated Meher and their growing emotional connection.
